Wang Chen, an ordinary young man living in troubled times, steps into the lords’ strife to protect his loved ones and accidentally unlocks a Hundredfold Experience Troop System. While building his territory and training troops, he slays exotic beasts with the power of the altar. Together with his confidante Lin Xiaoting, he establishes the South City Mutual Aid Alliance. He successively defuses slanderous schemes, internal traitor uprisings and foreign invasions, gathering clues to expose the conspiracy. In the end, he builds a united territory, founds academies, constructs border defenses, shelters displaced civilians, and brings peace back to this land.
